PeeYesYem Hyundai – Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

  • Information Purpose: Content, pricing, specifications, and service details provided on the website or marketing materials are for general informational purposes and subject to change without prior notice.

  • Policy Acceptance: Submitting enquiry forms, requesting test drives, or placing bookings constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Vehicle Pricing, Booking & Payments

  • Pricing: Website quotes, on-road prices, and promotional offers are subject to change. Statutory charges (taxes, registration fees, mandatory insurance) are extra unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Bookings: Vehicle or service bookings require valid customer verification (e.g., OTP verification via registered mobile number) and an advance payment. Bookings are confirmed only after payment verification.

  • Finance & Approval: EMI or car loan approvals are strictly subject to the criteria of the respective lending institution.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: Booking cancellations and eligible refunds are subject to processing timelines and specific dealership cancellation policies.

3. Vehicle Sales & Pre-Owned (Used) Cars

  • Availability: Stock, color options, and test-drive availability are subject to prior sale and company policy.

  • Pre-Owned Cars: Specs, condition, and mileage of used cars are shared to the best of knowledge. Thorough pre-purchase inspection by the customer is recommended.

  • Ownership Transfer: Registration and ownership transfer process will begin only after full payment clearance and submission of required documentation. Delays caused by RTO or third-party government authorities are outside dealer control.

4. Test Drives & Delivery

  • Test Drive Policy: Test drives are subject to vehicle availability, weather conditions, valid driver’s license submission, and dealership policies.

  • Registration & Ownership: Delivery and ownership transfer occur only upon receipt of full payment and complete submission of required government documentation. Dealership is not liable for registration delays caused by government bodies (RTO) or third parties.

5. Vehicle Service, Warranty & Accessories

  • Service Estimates: Initial service costs are estimates; any additional required repairs discovered during inspection will be informed before execution.

  • Warranty: Used vehicles or specific accessories carry warranties strictly as defined by the manufacturer or warranty terms specified at purchase. Misuse, normal wear & tear, or third-party electrical modifications void warranties.

  • Customer Valuables: Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before handing it over for service or detailing.
